1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using FLUX Wallet hardware devices, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). FLUX Bürotechnik GmbH & Co. KG ("FLUX", "we", "us", or "our") provides hardware wallet devices for secure cryptocurrency private key storage.

These Terms apply to all users of FLUX Wallet devices and related services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not purchase or use our products.

3. Product Description

FLUX Wallet is a hardware device designed for secure storage of cryptocurrency private keys. Our devices provide hardware-level security for digital assets and do not offer trading, exchange, or investment services.

The device enables users to securely store and manage private keys for supported cryptocurrencies. Users maintain full control and responsibility for their private keys and digital assets.

4. Regulatory Compliance

FLUX operates as a BaFin licensed crypto custody provider under German law. We comply with all applicable German and European regulations regarding cryptocurrency hardware devices and data protection.

Our services are limited to hardware device provision and do not include financial advice, trading services, or investment recommendations.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of FLUX Wallet devices, you are responsible for:

• Securing and maintaining your device and recovery phrases
• Following security best practices for cryptocurrency storage
• Keeping your device firmware updated
• Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Protecting your private keys and access credentials

6. Product Warranty

FLUX Wallet devices come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering hardware defects. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and device serial number. FLUX reserves the right to repair or replace defective devices at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

FLUX provides hardware devices "as is" and makes no warranties regarding cryptocurrency storage or investment outcomes. Users are solely responsible for their digital assets and private key security.

FLUX shall not be liable for any loss of cryptocurrency, private keys, or financial losses resulting from device use, misuse, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

FLUX processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements. We collect only necessary information for device provision and customer support.

Device usage data and private keys are not transmitted to FLUX. Users maintain complete control over their cryptocurrency private keys.

9. Intellectual Property

FLUX Wallet devices, firmware, and associated software are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Users may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

10. Return and Refund Policy

Unused FLUX Wallet devices may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned devices must be in original packaging and unused condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of return receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to product defect.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use FLUX Wallet devices. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in German courts with jurisdiction in Stuttgart, Germany.

13. Changes to Terms

FLUX reserves the right to modify these Terms with 30 days notice to users. Continued use of devices after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
